We offer both Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer for your convenience. Our bank details will be shared with you when placing your order.
When can I expect my order?
Orders typically arrive within 4–8 working days, depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking details?
Of course. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be shared with you so you can follow its journey.
Can I exchange my order?
We carefully check every order before it leaves us. Exchanges are only offered if an item arrives damaged due to an issue from our side. To be eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and share clear pictures of the damaged item.
Can I see the product before purchasing?
Absolutely. If you’d like to see a product more closely before placing your order, simply reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist you with pictures or videos.
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your Avyra pieces looking their best, we recommend keeping them away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals, and storing them safely when not in use.
